ENERGY EFFICIENT LIGHTING REDUCES THE COST OF ELECTRICAL BILLS

But a light emitting diode leaves all other lighting products in the dust! LED bulbs are solid state and lose virtually no energy. In very simple terms, electrons are excited and made to travel in one direction. Photons are produced which are in essence, visible light. And in addition to this ultra efficiency, LED bulbs last 100,000 hours, equating to eleven years of continuous use.
